NOTES WHEN VALUATION OF STATE-OWNED REAL ESTATE

3. Certificate of land use right, house ownership (for houses, special-use land) or certificate of house ownership and the right to use residential land of the unit together with the registration fee declaration ( except for some cases where registration fee is not required under Article 3 of the Governments Decree No. 176/1999 / ND-CP of December 21, 1999 on registration fee).

III. Other documents and documents related to the price appraisal:

1- Documents of the municipal Peoples Committee permitting the change of land use purpose, the sale of real estate or the written permission for the sale of real estate issued by the State agency competent to manage the real estate in need of appraisal. pricing (for centrally managed real estate).

2- In case the real estate is procured with the capital source created (the source of capital is not from the State budget), there must be a written certification of the capital source for real estate creation of the managing agency (must there is a document of the Enterprise Finance Sub-Department certifying the capital source created for real estate owned by a unit under the management of the city; document of the managing agency, documents of the Ministry of Finance or the Department of Finance it is the enterprise that certifies the capital created for real estate owned by a central unit located in the city).

3. Document of the Department of Planning and Architecture, the Peoples Committee of the District, District on the land use planning at the location of the real estate.

4- A drawing of the current status of the real estate, made by the legal person mapping unit, has been appraised by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

5- Drawings of the current state of the architectural works and records of technical inspection and remaining quality assessment of real estate, made by a consulting unit with a function and legal status, which has been appraised by the Department of Construction.
